  2. Employing tools that assess your individual members diverse leadership styles, strengths and perspectives, I help your team build a snap shot of its current culture and leadership practices.  
  3. With that snap shot in hand, I assist your team in identifying pervasive gaps between its current culture/leadership practices and those needed to execute on its value proposition.
  4. Finally, I work with your team to build a development plan that addresses its gaps. A plan encompasses both team and individual development.
