Ric Oslin

My MISSION:

"TO harness the power of Leadership and diversity by giving them Purpose."

Ric Oslin is an experienced Organizational Development consultant who specializes in helping leaders address two competing demands: 1) aligning their culture and leadership practices to support their business strategy and 2) building organizational agility in order to anticipate and respond to an ever-changing world.

Ric’s work reflects his understanding that leaders are successful because they know why their customers choose their organizations; then build organizational capabilities that allow them to nimby execute on the relationship their customers expect.

For the last 17 years, Ric has served as both a leader and consultant in the non-profit, public and private sectors.  His clients have ranged in size and mission from Time-Warner, American Express, JP Morgan Chase and Starbucks to the United Way, The Space Needle and Lakeside Schools.

Ric holds Bachelors’ degrees in Business and English from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters degree in Literature from the University of Chicago, a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and an Organizational Design certificate from the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Ric currently teaches Leading Alignment and Agility at Columbia University.

Ric lives in Seattle, WA and is the proud father of two remarkable daughters, Chloe, age 19, and Ellie, 17.
